The Ultimate Fighting Championship returns to UFC Fight Night in Paradise, Las Vegas, Nevada on March 16, 2024. The action-packed event will take place at the UFC Apex featuring Tuivasa vs Tybura.

Main Event: Tuivasa vs Tybura

The event is headlined by heavyweight professionals Tai Tuivasa and Marcin Tybura, both known for their power inside the octagon. The event is packed with bouts across various weight classes. Both these fighters were supposed to fight in UFC 298 but due to some reason this fight was canceled.

Tai Tuivasa

Tuivasa, 30, brings experience to the octagon from the heavyweight division. Making his MMA professional debut in July 2012, Tuivasa made his mark on the MMA world by defeating his opponent Simon Osborne with a first-round knockout. Since then, he has continued to dominate the MMA world, which culminated in his debut in the UFC in November 2017. Tuivasa started against Rashad Coulter, and won with a flying knee in the first round.

Since then, UFC has fought 14 fights in the world, out of which he has won 8 fights and lost 6 fights. His most recent bout was against Alexander Volkov at UFC 293 on September 09, 2023, losing via second-round submission.

Marcin Tybura

His opponent, Marcin Tybura, has had an impressive career. Stepping into the world of MMA in 2011, Tybura won his first match against Robert Markock, making waves in his early days in MMA. UFC entered 2026, but he faced setbacks in the beginning, including his first defeat in the UFC against Timothy Johnson, a fight that went to the last 3 rounds. Tybura is going to fight to become the number 10 ranked heavyweight fighter in the UFC.

Marcin Tybura, 38, has had 18 fights so far in his UFC career, registering 11 wins and 7 losses with the best winning percentage of his career. He lost his last fight against Tom Aspinall by TKO on July 22, 2023.

Co-Main Event Welterweight: Ange Lusa vs Brian Battle

Brian entered the world of Battle in 2021, his record so far has been (11-2-0). He played his first match against Gilbert Urbina in which he won the match by rear naked choke submission in 2:15 in the second round. Till now he has fought 6 fights in which he has lost only one. His last fight was against AJ Fletcher and he won by submission in the second round.

He is a high style stickler who trains his opponents with his consistent throws. He is known for delivering strong and straight shots. He has a varied style of kick and mixes it up from time to time. He surprises the fighter in front with his excellent hand movement and footwork. Till now in his career, he has won most of the matches through submission, despite having more submissions, he relies more on his feet.

On the other hand, Ange Lusa has fought four fights in his UFC career so far, out of which he has faced 2 wins and 2 losses. He started his UFC career in 2021 with a defeat against Jack Della Maddalena. They have played 3 rounds of 3 so far and every match has gone till the last moment.

Ange Loosa is a powerful and star striker who can cause damage to the opponent at any time. His record is (10-3-0) and his takedown accuracy percentage is 45. He is ready to take every shot and takes the ball at the last moment. Jha makes it difficult for the opponent to make a comeback. Ange Loosa is very dangerous both ground and pound and claims to end every fight.
