Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns rematch build-up at WrestleMania 40

Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns are preparing for a big WrestleMania 40 rematch in April. Seth Rollins has become involved in The Rock storyline, The Rock has offered Cody Rodgers and Seth Rollins a tag team match on SmackDown, and The Rock has made sure that no other contenders step into the ring. Logan Paul is going to return after the Elimination Chamber on Saturday this week on Smackdown.

The storyline began when Cody Rhodes, amid his impending confrontation with Roman Reigns, challenged The Rock to a singles match. Dwayne Johnson responded quickly on last week’s SmackDown by proposing a tag team match against Cody and Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 40. The American Nightmare will answer The Rock’s challenge tonight on WWE RAW whether he accepts the challenge or not.

Cody and Seth will address The Rock’s stipulation on WWE Raw

On WWE Raw, Cody and Seth are expected to address The Rock’s counteroffer and possibly set their own terms. The Rock introduced a stipulation just last week, announcing that if Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins were victorious, The Bloodline would be banned from ringside during Roman Reigns’ championship match at WrestleMania 40. On the other hand, if the result tilts in favor of The Bloodline, the championship bout will adopt “Bloodline Rules”. The RAW duo may argue for extending this stipulation to the first night of the event to ensure fair competition.

The stipulation proposed by Cody and Seth could serve a dual purpose. Not only would this guarantee an interference-free championship match, allowing the superstars to focus on their skills, but given recent rumors it could also be a strategic move by Bludgeon.

Tama Tonga Rumored to Join WWE, May Align with The Bloodline

Former NJPW star Toma Tonga is set to join WWE, potentially aligning himself with The Bloodline. Despite not being a blood relative, Bloodline already sees him as part of the family. If these rumors are true, The Rock and Roman Reigns could agree to terms with Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins making an appearance for Tama Tonga to prove their loyalty to The Bloodline.

WWE Raw expects drama with major matches

The WWE Universe is eagerly awaiting the drama that will unfold tonight on Raw, with two major matches already announced. Jey Uso and Drew McIntyre will collide in a singles match. Additionally, the women’s division will see Becky Lynch take on Nia Jax.

However, the focus will be on how Cody Rhodes responds to the challenge from The Rock and Roman Reigns. The stakes are high and the war of words will surely heat up as the WrestleMania 40 rematch approaches.

Looking ahead to next week’s SmackDown, it will be a blockbuster episode, with WWE United States Champion Logan Paul set to return to SmackDown after his semi-successful performance at Elimination Chamber. With questions unanswered regarding his involvement in Randy Orton’s missed opportunity at WrestleMania XL, things are going to be shaken up by the return of Logan Paul. Additionally, Bobby Lashley is scheduled to face Karrion Kross in a singles match which will be seen in Friday Night SmackDown action.
